FieldOps is a private farm-operations tool operated by Double K Farms / SturdyOx ("we," "us") of Aberdeen, Idaho. It is used by our own owners, staff, and harvest crew to track employee time, equipment, harvest data, and expenses, and to send approved employee time to our QuickBooks Online account for payroll. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Solely to run our farm operation: recording labor for payroll, managing equipment and costs, grading harvest performance, and generating internal reports. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
If an administrator connects FieldOps to QuickBooks Online, we use Intuit's authorized OAuth process. We request the accounting scope only, to read employee records and to create/read time activities for payroll. We store the resulting access tokens securely (encrypted at rest on our hosting provider) and use them only to sync time you have approved. We do not access or store banking details, and you can disconnect the QuickBooks connection at any time, which revokes our access.
FieldOps and its database are hosted on Railway (a cloud platform) in the United States. Access requires an approved account and password; all traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access is limited to authorized Double K Farms / SturdyOx personnel.
We keep records for as long as needed for payroll, tax, and farm-management purposes. Because this is a private internal tool, accounts are created and removed by our administrators. To ask about, correct, or delete information about you, contact us below.
