FieldOps (the "Service") is a private farm-operations application provided by Double K Farms / SturdyOx ("we," "us") of Aberdeen, Idaho. By accessing or using the Service you ("you," the "User") agree to these terms.
The Service is provided for the internal business use of Double K Farms / SturdyOx and its authorized owners, employees, and harvest crew. We grant authorized Users a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for recording time, managing equipment and expenses, and related farm operations. You may not share your account, access the Service without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any purpose other than our farm operations.
Accounts are approved and managed by our administrators. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
Information you enter (time records, equipment, receipts, and related data) is used to operate our farm as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that information you submit is accurate.
The Service can connect to QuickBooks Online to sync approved employee time for payroll. That connection is governed by Intuit's terms in addition to these terms. An administrator may connect or disconnect QuickBooks at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports or calculations are free of inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying payroll and financial figures before relying on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms or the Service, or suspend or terminate access, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
